Warranty & Return Policy

The Limited 12 Month Warranty is extended by  Wholesale Fitness to the original purchaser only and is not transferrable.

Wholesale Fitness  warrants the product against defects in materials and workmanship under normal domestic use from the date of original purchase. If the Product becomes defective during its warranty period, Wholesale Fitness  will, at its option repair or replace the product with a new or comparable product.

This Warranty does not cover and shall be void for defects or damages resulting from normal wear & tear, casualty, accident, alterations, misuse, abuse, or unusual conditions.

This Warranty shall be void in the event of improper installation, operation or maintenance, improper service or repair by other than Wholesale Fitness , and improper connections with peripherals or other causes not arising from defects in materials or workmanship.

Returns are not permissible except the following conditions: proven defective product, warranty return and order/shipping error.

Returns for other than the reasons listed above are subject to a case by case review. If product is not defective, customer is responsible for outbound shipping costs.

An approved return may be subject to a minimum of 20% restocking charge as well as any irreversible charges incurred. All returns must be in original packaging, in new condition including manuals and accessories.

Customers are responsible for both inbound and outbound freight charges.
